Yes, we can carry out MOT testing while you wait.
You can retest for free if you return your vehicle within 10 days.
If no ‘dangerous’ issues were identified during the test you are free to take your vehicle away with you, so long as your previous MOT is still in date. However, the law dictates that vehicles should meet minimum guidelines for roadworthiness at all times. Therefore, once your vehicle has failed an MOT it is no longer considered to meet this minimum requirements. As such, you should ONLY drive the vehicle home/to a place of repair and directly back to the MOT test centre and not on a day-to-day basis until a pass is obtained.
In the unlikely circumstance that your vehicle should be deemed too dangerous to drive, you will not be permitted (by law) to drive it away. Instead, you can either request for us to repair it, or arrange for it to be towed to an address/repair centre of choice.
